Need help finding an old horror movie

Need help finding the name of an old horror movie... I know theres a man who kidnaps women, he lives in a house in the woods, think there's a lake too! I know he keeps them in basement & he plasters them w/ cast. Some are alive under the cast. One gets to escape... Haven't seen the movie in years but I can't think of the name :confused:

It depends upon how old you are (I don't consider it that old) but it could be Cabin By The Lake. It fits your description to a "T" only that he doesn't keep his victims in plaster, but the people trying to catch him hire some FX guys to make a cast of a model to plant a camera inside.
