We always want this as an extra on our DVD's/Blu-rays, but they almost never live up to our expectations (which is probably why they were removed to begin with). Which are some of your favorites?
My two favorite's are from Big Trouble in Little China. This scene never fails to crack me up (especially at 2:15).

My other is the scene in Aliens where Burke is cocooned. He's so unlikeable in the film that I feel you need the satisfaction of seeing him in this position.

All the deleted scenes from the Shout! Factory dvd of Humanoids From The Deep. Essentially a marathon of boobs, bush and hokey monster violence.

The "Daimo" scene cut from Kill Bill is incredible, it really should have been left in. (If any scene should have been cut, it's the "Esteban" moment in the film that goes nowhere and doesn't add anything to the story.)

I couldn't agree more. The Esteban scene slowed part 2 to a crawl. This deleted scene is great.

I love the deleted scene from The Collector. Where Arkin turns to see the little girl in the window, and instead of going back to help her, he flips her the bird and runs off LOL

it's a bit of topic, but the deleted scene i would MOST like to see is the deleted scene from american werewolf in london, where we see the tramps actually get attacked by the werewolf, it was deleted and noted as lost for good, i would love to see this, and i still have fingers crossed that it will one day surface.

I love it when never before seen stuff sees the light of day such as seeing Freddy drag Tina across the room in Nightmare on Elm St.

Well, it's not the best movie, but i like the deleted scenes from "Queen of the Damned", specially the ones with the ancients in them. I think it could have more sense their apperance in the concert.

Damn, that would be awesome. One of my favorite films of all time.

I still love the extended bar massacre from From Dusk Till Dawn, where Greg Nicotero gets his head eaten by a snake-vampire and all that other good fun stuff. Some of it is in, but there's a handful of great gags that aren't in the final film.
Other than that, the Heather Graham & Luis Guzman scene from Boogie Nights, when he's talking about how small his dick is while she takes off her clothes. Funny and hot!

My favorite scene in the whole of Re-Animator (and since I still genuinely dislike the film, there are very few of these) is one of the scenes they cut.

It can't be said enough how this movie doesn't establish its' villain as someone worth being afraid of. But this scene actually makes him bone-chillingly creepy. Without this, the whole "...mistake of coming here to challenge me" sequence just doesn't resonate. The guy has to be more than arrogant, this scene does that.
Here's another great one:

I won't say the movie can't get by without it but it does make me actually find West a little more interesting (which is something the movie as it stands could really use).

Was just going to say, if you are going to pick it up, pick it up on Blu. Has all the same extra plus better video and audio!

Absolutely, I'm still in Neanderthal dvd times, but the film and extras rock and would look awesome on blu-ray.

Oh they do, oh they do!!!!
The topless Adrien Barbou scene in Swamp thing :D
One of those Sleepaway Camp movies, can't remember if it was 2 or 3. Pretty much all the gore was edited out, like running over a guy's head with a lawnmower. Really wish they would have added it back on the DVD, but it's just viewable as a special feature.
