Bad Guy in film!

It''s hard to say, as you can tell from my avatar, I would say Pennywise. But, alas, I'm not going to. Maybe the Pet Semetary, maybe not. Jack Torrance, hardly as he was great though. It boils down to Randall Flagg and Leland Guant. If I was to pick one, I would go with Leland Gaunt as no.1.

Top4

1. Leland Gaunt
2. Randall Flagg
3. Pennywise
4. George Stark

Edit: I changed my avatar to Stan "the man" Uris, enjoy!

How can you not go with Pennywise as your first choice!!! He was the only thing that saved the second half of that movie. Of course I may be biased, I read 'It' when I was 12 and I still can't walk over sewer grates without thinking of clowns.

As for Leland Gaunt, I'll give you that he was superbly acted(I love that man), but isn't he just a rehash of whatshisname from Salems Lot?

I also agree with Randall Flagg, but only in the context of all the books and how he fits in, not just from The Stand miniseries.

Also, the name of the guy from Storm of the Century slips my mind at the moment, but he was a lot of fun.

I still can't believe I'm missing Rose Red right now. Damn VCR's!!!

Let's not limit this discussion to bad "guy"...

...what about Kathy Bates as Annie Wilkes in Misery?

Hey, Pennywise made the top 4. The whole concept of a clown eating children is great. No, I'm not sick or crazy, it's just that I like King's idea. How original. Reminds me of the Fisherman/Charles Burnside in Black House. The horror, the horror My DVD collection (http://www.dvdaficionado.com/dvds.html?cat=1&id=mr.+mcminn)
