alt.binaries.vcd is a newsgroup NOT a website.. you will need a Newsgroups client such as Outlook Express or even Netscape Communicator lets you see them... once connected to your ISP's newsgroup server (NNTP in their configuration data) you can then subscribe to newsgroups... search for alt.binaries.vcd and subscribe to it...

A lot of people, including me, couldn't find the file on Kazaa or Morpheus with the 300 MB file - if that's the hosting that you mean. If you mean a more tradtional FTP site, there were no offers at 300 MB - so 800 seems unlikely. If this file of yours really improves the viewing of the move ... just upload it to one of the newsgroups like done with the 300 MB file and then there are no hosting issue and is available to everyone.
