As soon as I saw the post I thought of Stand By Me, and sure enough it was there, so I had to go with it. Based on pure raunchiness, the Scary Movie 2 scene is as tasteless as it is funny, so it ranks a close second. I haven't yet seen Gates of Hell, but it sounds like a winner to me!

Bad Taste's barfing scene was pretty revolting, cause the chunks were steaming. (Yuck!)

Another barf scene that comes to mind is from Dead-Bang. Don Johnson puking on some poor sap. Hilarious stuff!

the ritual puke in Bad Taste made me actually turn away from the screen (it actually takes A LOT for me to do that)! Maybe because I was EATING some Lime Jello at the time.....
