it's a .swf file. This will probably suck, I wonder if Spielberg will be directing this remake. Would that make a difference in terms of how crappy it'll be?

This will probably suck anyways. The original version will always be the best. An American remake wont be able to improve over anything Asian. The only redeeming quality this movie has is that the stunning Naomi (Mulholland Dr.) Watts is playing the reporter. Maybe I'd see it just for her.

It's being directed by Gore Verbinski, and yes it will suck compared to the original one.

If they can figure out some way of writing a naked Naomi Watts into the film, it will ROCK. :)
