View Full Version : Last House On Dead End Street Cover Art

At image entertainment they've posted the cover art to LHODES www.image-entertainment.com I'm pretty damned psyched about this release but I've gotta admit the cover art is pretty bad. I do like the painting itself but I guess it's how the title is laid out that I'm not so hot over. Hopefully it'll go through a few changes before it's final.

The art itself isn't bad per se, but it makes the movie look like a 60's Hammer release rather than an infamous 70's sleaze epic...
Here is the official link about the DVD (Barrel-Entertainment site) and it includes the list of extras as well as the menu image...

This is a wicked film, I can't wait to get the DVD... There are so many previous prints of this film, none of them were complete, one had a longer piece of the autopsy scene, others had more dialogue, deerfoot sodomy, etc. I have a composite made from 5 various VHS releases, including the Funhouse version which has bits that the others don't. I'm curious too see how complete the DVD is, fucking rocks!

...looks a little like the cover to a horror comic.
I bet Barrel will really deliver the goods, though. Although their releases are spread out over quite a period, they certainly maintain exceptionally high standards with their discs.
