This action-packed science-fiction oddity comes from the same team that made STORY OF RICKY.

SEE a revived corpse so taken with the sight of Gloria Yip in a slit skirt that its eyes literally pop out of their sockets!

SEE the longest junk yard battle ever committed to film between a vicious black cat and a huge slobbering mastiff!

SEE action director Philip Kwok trying his best to look like Arnold Schwarzenegger in THE TERMINATOR!

SEE Christine Ng in a soaking wet see-through tennis blouse!

SEE the monster called Star Killer that changes appearance is every other scene!

SEE the obvious attempt to pad the running time of the movie by replaying 4 minutes of earlier scenes after the end titles!

If you're looking for bizarre entertainment, try tracking down THE CAT.

...I'm going to have to track this one down!

Sounds a great "beer and snacks" movie!:)

The original Universe Laser DVD is unfortunately long discontinued, but a Chinese company called WA has recently released a new DVD of this very rough (but fun) "diamond". The WA version is nicely letterboxed with Dolby Digital 5.1 sound. The format is NTSC all-region.

Unfortunately, the original Cantonese dialogue has been clumsily dubbed into Mandarin, but there are removable English sub-titles (which are often entertaining in themselves). The menus require some trial-and-error experimentation if you don't read Chinese.

The only on-line retailer I've found that stocks the disc is HKFlix.com

Good hunting!

"SEE the longest junk yard battle ever committed to film between a vicious black cat and a huge slobbering mastiff!"

That scene has become one of the most notorious HK action film scenes ever. Only in Hong Kong would they even begin to dream of a kung fu fight between a cat and a dog.
