Just got it this morning!!!!
The transfer looks incredible compare to the other versions avaible. And its the first time i see the entire opening sequence.
Other versions actually begins when the professor is getting killed. Now we see the professor in his office and walking to the cave.Really cool!!!!
There is two interviews, one with the producer and one with the breast feeding mother!
I didnt find any easter eggs.

I just notice that there is something wrong with the widescreen bars,at the end of them it seems lighter than the rest of the bars.
I can live with that!!!!
Hail to Media-blasters!!
Thx.

Am I the only one who enjoys this movie more than(gasp!)... ZOMBIE? Don't get me wrong, I love ZOMBIE, but I find Burial Ground to be gorier, sleazier, and much more fast paced and fun than Zombie. My copy just shipped also, can't wait!

Burial Ground, Night of the Zombies, and Nightmare City are the holy trio of zombie films. This would make a killer triple bill.

You are not alone, I really like this movie a whole bunch too. I have an R2 release, but if I hear enough good stuff about this Disc I might upgrade.

The movie is called House On The Edge Of The Park not LAST House On The Edge Of The Park. Last House On The Left is another movie staring david hess which House On The Edge Of The Park ripped off.

Everytime I think it is simple, they mess up. The tough stuff they are fine... I told them House on the Edge of the Park...UGGGH...

But anyway enjoy Burial Ground...Peter Bark has become an icon in our office...

We got alot of great stuff this year for everyone!!!

I've read in a couple different places that Fulci's Zombie, Zombi 3 and Sweet House of Horrors are all coming out in September. Any confirmation?

As far as three releases in September, there are only two by us Zombie 3 and Sweet House of Horrors...as for Zombie maybe AB is doing there usual games....all i can say wait and see who holds the trump card in the end....it will be interesting.

Zombie 3 is a bigger release than usual and Mike and Kit have gotten so many interviews I am having trouble counting them all. But lets say it will be great and I will get the list whne I get in the office tomorrow. It will be done in a digi-pack to make it look really cool!!! We have lots of artwork and extras!!

As for Sweet House of Horrors we got Cinzia Monreale to the intro and she keeps getting sexier...we also got guido the gardner and one other actor...will check tomorrow.

On House of Clocks we got the two older actors who played the houses residents for interviews.

While you're running the gautlet, blaster, could you tell us anymore about A Lizard in a Woman's Skin? Specs or Release date?

BTW: Can't wait for zombi 3.
Thanks!

I've been waiting patiently for the Lizard In A Woman's Skin dvd for quite a bit now. I e-mailed and asked about this but never got a reply.

Hey guys,
Not to get back on topic here but...

How bout some of you first time viewers posting your thoughts on the movie, and maybe some with out of region releases that also got the new SS version doing some comparisons?

I liked the movie and would enjoy reading some feedback on it from others.

Actually, Amazon has "Zombie-Fulci" from Media Blasters up for pre-order for September. They probably made a typo and meant Zombie 3.

Amen! These were the first three Euro-horror films I've seen, and they are probably still my favorites. :)

Burial Ground is great cheesy fun. I'd like to get the DVD to figure out just what the hell was going on at the start of the film. Even with my brightness on my television turned up to the max, the screen still appears completely black for the first 5 mins or so.

When I watched it I saw it with a bunch of friends, and we thought it was good until that little kid ("Ma Ma!") started sucking on his moms tit...then we thought it was awesome! :) We had read of the infamous "Tit Rip" scene on IMDb, and the scene did not disappoint. The gore was also top notch if you ask me.

Can anyone who has the DVD take some screen caps and post them? I'd like to see how much of an improvement the disc really is. :)

F-in' A Jason!

These film shots rock. I love the picture of the Zombie in the 1st shot (dirty and rotten). Could you PM me some more shots? Thanks. ;)

I still haven't picked up this disc yet. Does it have a reversible cover like Buio Omega and Zombie Holocaust? If yes what does the alternate side look like?

Damn, I was hoping this would be the norm for Shriek Show. It would be cool to see them use a clean cut cover for store shelves and then a nasty euro style nudity/gore cover for collectors to use on the flipside.

I would have liked to see the "Burial Ground" cover on the back.
