Anyone notice that on the FANGORIA website, there is a release date for THE PROWLER? Sept 3!!! (SHOCK WAVES too)

Don't know much about this new company, but bless them for trying!

Who's putting out Shock Waves? I think I heard Anchor Bay was doing it.

It's not listed on the AB website. They probably announced it before they actually had the rights to it.

Both titles are being released by Blue Underground which is a sub-label to Anchor Bay run by William Lustig.

....pretty top-notch as William Lustig's quite a perfectionist.

Is there a site for Blue Underground?

Yes, SHOCKWAVES (1977) is a PG-rated zombie flick. However, don't let that throw you off from seeing hordes of black-goggled underwater Super Nazi Zombies rise from the surf! Add Peter Cushing, John Carradine, and Brooke Adams in with all the mad scientist mumbo jumbo plotline.....along with some great atmosphere.....and you have a nice little thriller to watch while dining on some seafood. :)

I read over at DVDdrive-in.com that Blue Underground is releasing "The Toolbox Murders" on Sept. 3 also.

Lots of good news for slasher fans, involving Sept. 3, it looks like.

Are you serious? I was on DVD-drive in and didn't read that. Wow! I can't believe all this stuff coming out. I was about to get a code-free player and The Toolbox Murders was one of the DVD's I was going to get, screw that now! I'll wait for the B.U. version.

It wasn't a news story. I read it on their message board.

Found this at www.diabolical-dominion.com today.

I guess this is proof that The Toolbox Murders is indeed coming out on DVD with Shock Waves and The Prowler by Blue Underground sometime in Sept. or Oct.

Anybody been able to find the covers for the other two?

Sounds great!

Can't wait for the Prowler, and I agree with DVDCon that Lustig usually does do a real bang-up job with his discs. Should be sweet. Hope there are lots of features on these.

Say, where is that Fango list anyway? I'm not a regular reader of that site...
