I'm glad to see the movie being made, but I just have a gut feeling I will not like the outcome. I'm TRYING, but I've been let down before.

I DID like Event Horizon, but that doesn't mean anything.

Thank the lord. This is one of my dream movies. I the focus stays on the Aliens and Predator conflict more than some human trying to survive the madness angle. Now if they would just make a Tera Patrick vs. Asia Carrera movie.:D

I'm becoming a Anderson fan, firstly I think the movie's he directed, was always going to be as strong as the script, I can't fault his directing talent, and there's comics of Alien vs Predator, and Joel Silver the talented producer behind many successful films backs anderson, so it should be good.

I think he's great at finding a balance between horror and action.

I'm not expecting anything like Alien or Aliens in terms of quality, but if Alien vs Predator comes close to the spills and chills of Arnie's Predator, I'll be pleased, and the concept is so cool, it would be difficult not to make it worthwhile.

I'm not so sure about Anderson. Soldier looked pretty lame. Event Horizon actually was really good IMO. Resident Evil was better than I thought it would be, but I just dont think he's the right guy to handle Aliens v. Predator. Thats a film that should be left for a big name or at the least, someone with some real originality and talent behind the camera. But I'll give the guy a chance if this is really true.
