Anyone ever bought from London1888 poster site?

The site sells posters and a few months back I placed an order on their Final Chapter print. Issue is that I still haven't got it and the site owner wont reply to my emails anymore which I find really weird as the site looks pretty legit.

Anyone else ever bought from here before or know the guy that runs it?

If you paid for a poster and never received it then obviously it's a bullshit website.

Yeah, I ordered that Glow in the Dark Dream Warriors poster they had. I didn't have any problems with the order though. They have a facebook page you could write on if they are ignoring your e-mails.

Big Cartel uses Paypal to process payments so if the merchant won't respond to you, just complain to paypal and maybe they will shut the account down, effectively closing the store since there is no way to receive payments, until the merchant resolves their issues with you. That seems to be what they do to Code Red when someone complains to Paypal about an item not being received from them.

The problem is he was so slow about the whole thing that it passed the time period that Paypal gives before that say they can't step in. I've reported it there anyway but haven't heard anything.

I might post on the Facebook page. I know the guys legit in terms of people actually getting the posters he sells, he's just being a wanker towards my dilemma.

He is definitely slow. I've talked to him at conventions. I wouldn't order from him again unless I was picking up in person.

I bought the glow in the dark Dream Warriors poster at San Diego comic con. The guy is really nice, but a bit flakey.

He told me he was going to be at some shows which he was not, and told me he was going to be doing something for the Jamie Lee apperance at horror hound which never happened.

I tried to e-mail him with questions with no response, so take it for what its worth.

Real nice guy but I would only do business with him in person.

Well there was no issues with him replying when I commented on the status of my order, only after he told me it had been sent late. That's what's weird because after that I emailed him a good 2-3 weeks after he told me he sent it and I haven't heard from him since.

I googled about London1888 & I seem to be not the only person having a problem with this "Artist". I'll be filing a Paypal complaint now.

I also posted the complaint on the Facebook page but it was subsequently deleted within minutes.

Yea the dick-head left it a good month before telling me he sent it so by the time I knew it wasn't coming my claim period with Paypal had past. I assume I can't make a charge back unless you know otherwise?

you should still be able to complain to your credit card company, shouldn't you?
