It seems to be happening out west too, since I found a bunch of good titles there for $2.99, and there were probably more but the store was closing and we had to ditch. We asked the lady about the bin and she had no idea in the DVD section, but there it was as we were leaving right in front of the exit doors in a couple huge bins. In addition to the ones already mentioned, notables that I picked up were:

Kenny & Co. (Coscarelli, yeah!)
Red Rock West
Winter Kills (AB 2-discer)

Great sale, especially for those who don't yet own Martin.
