Nothing major, but there's a small bit of alternate footage in the trailer for the previous Intruder DVD.

When Renee Estevez says "This creep keeps calling here, he's driving us nuts!" the shot in the movie is slightly different. In the movie, it was shown through the rotary dial of the telephone. It is probably even the same video footage, just shown without the rotary dial overlap. So it is nothing substantial, but something that I found interesting.
