Well, Jaws 3, Amityville 3 and Friday the 13th Part 3 weren't the THIRD sequels either. THIRD film, SECOND sequel.
Amityville 2 was a prequel as well, so I mean if it works for Amityville 3-D, on the basis of a technicality it should work for TCM 3-D.
