Of the ones I have seen or know much about these were the only ones I liked:
The Innkeepers
Underworld Awakening
The Cabin in the Woods
Kill List
Prometheus- kinda disappointing but was alright- more sci fi then horror

But these I have not seen and sound like they have potential:
