I went with Hospital Massacre, mainly because it's my favorite of the movies that haven't been previously released on disc. Actually, I'd put it neck and neck with The Horror Show, but my VHS of that is still in pristine viewing condition. I might have voted for The Vagrant, but I didn't want to waste my vote on "other".
If we're going based on the movie itself, I'd probably say The Burning, The Fog, or maybe The Howling.
