Looks like a cross between Resident Evil (video games) and the zombies in Heavy Metal (the movie).

Head: Chap Mei badguy with mask ripped off revealing a beautiful Dr. Tongue face.
Torso: Toll Booth
L arm: ripped paper and toothpick formed to make a torn sleeve and broken arm. R arm: 82
hooded CC
Waist: broken crotch...

No wonder he's called Dr. Tongue.

those are cool. all my g.i. joes and star wars figures lost their lives in the great firecracker battle of '86. the millinium falcon with m-80's and a bottle of nailpolish remover all duct taped together was the finalle.
