OPERA LE - Can't contact Anchor bay
Hey all,
When i go to the anchor bay website to enquire about my OPERA replacement, the email address it gives me comes back as an invalid email address...anyone else have this problem? How do i get in contact with them to take care of this? Thanks, Matt Last edited by KillerQ; 11-07-2001 at 09:52 PM. |

F*ckin' confusing...
Every wher i read says that anchoy bay does not want the defective disc back. but when you go to the website to inquire, all they have a is a link that lets you print out your info to include with the disc when you return it to them -- Hello -- why dont they take this page off, if they dont want the bad discs back -- plus the only other dvd tech-help email address they have is invalid.... Arrgghh.... I'll try again |

Well, first of all, they still direct you to this page:
http://www.theregangroup.com/pages/a...A&prod_title1= which is against all the updates that have been telling us over the past month. Then, after some looking around, you find this: We regret that you are having problems with your disc. Please explain your problem on the email link below and your message will be sent to one of our technicians for review. Click on this link to share your problem: dvdhelp@crestnational.com And that address is bad... so now what! |
