Zombie apocalypse hoax exposes flaws in system
Funniest thing I've read in a while ...
![]() American cyber experts have warned a recent hoax zombie attack alert has exposed lax security practices in a critical public safety system. Earlier this week several TV stations in Michigan, California, Montana and New Mexico broadcast an alert warning of zombies. "Civil authorities in your area have reported that the bodies of the dead are rising from the grave and attacking the living," a male voice said in the alert. The voice warned not "to approach or apprehend these bodies as they are extremely dangerous". http://www.abc.net.au/news/2013-02-1...system/4520554 |

I'm going to sound like a schmuck here, but I long for the days when zombies weren't as popular as they currently are. From shelters to protect people from the zombie apocalypse, to bath salts, from zombie walks to Survival Guides. I thought I'd had enough until I saw the commercial for "Warm Bodies."

I must admit that I am amused that "the coming zombie apocalypse" has replaced "the coming race war" in the whackadoodle lexicon.
