well, the AAM was supposed to have been released on the web on Halloween 2000. this date came and went. they issued a statement saying that, due to complications, it will need to be pushed back to november/december. then the production company said that Hooper's son was adding more footage, and turning it into a feature length film - instead of the short film format that was originally planned. now, for at least 5 weeks or so, the AAM website has been down. the word that i've been hearing in many forums is that there are various problems cropping up with the copyrights. who owns the franchise, and that kind of crap. i'm on the mailing list, and it's been weeks since they have sent out an update. maybe it'll happen, but i'm not keeping my fingers crossed. hopefully, Hooper is turning it into a full length film. the trailer and stills were awesome. |
