Picnic At Hanging Rock (1975)

Haven't seen Picnic At Hanging Rock in ages so I gave this a spin the other day - great film, love every minute of it.

Anyone else like this movie?

I always thought this was based on a true incident so I did a little research today only to find out that some say it's fiction ... while others say it's not.
Seems like no one knows for sure though

Any theory what happened to those girls and teacher?
