Anyone know who the new distributor is? According to Code Red's blog, everything is in order, and they will start releasing ASAP.

What's with their dvds that are out now? I wanted to order The Forest and Don't Go Into The Woods...Alone! during the DD 20% off sale, but they didn't even have them listed on the site. I also checked a couple of other places like Amazon, but they only had them in the marketplace. Now it's saying "temporarily out of stock". Did they go out of print for a while or something?

They lost distribution. With no distribution, you can't get stock out there. They were never OOP, just really really hard to get. With the new deal that has apparently been cut, they'll all pop up again.

Ah ok. I didn't think they would actually go out of print that fast. I mean they've only been out for like a year or so. Hopefully they pop up again soon though. Thanks for the info dwatts.

They both may be out of print, while they change distributors.

On their newest MySpace blog, they list a "Killers in the Woods" Double Bill as an upcoming release in 2008, so I'm betting this is a double feature re-release disc of The Forest and Don't Go in the Woods.

Hey come on, with the proper amount of beer, Don't Go In the Woods can be an enjoyable movie. I'm sure the same could be said about The Forest. Maybe.
