I agree. It's an excellent movie (with such a great cast). Suicide Kings is another overlooked Christopher Walken film that I am partial to.

^ Only one of those I've seen is Radio Inside. I'm pretty sure Zone Troopers and Ghost Warrior were available on Netflix. Hopefully they don't dump gems like Blood Games, The Immortalizer, TerrorVision, and The Resurrected onto MOD, those deserve legit blu-ray releases.

Up The Creek looks like fun.

What's wrong with MOD? Original artwork and original aspect ratio is no disappointment to me. If Night School and Berserk! have gone the MOD way, Blood Games and TerrorVision won't be making their official DVD rounds any day.

DVD-Rs, expensive (Especially if ordering from Canada), usually no extras.

^ I don't know if this is true, but I recall reading that burnable DV-Rs are made with a different material than pressed DVD. Whatever they use for DV-Rs deteriorates faster, giving them a shelf life of about 5 years (possibly longer if stored under ideal conditions).

Unless it is poorly manufactured, a pressed DVD should outlive you.

C'mon MGM! Where's "The Town that Dreaded Sundown"?! It never even had an official dvd release, I thought for sure they would make it available through the MOD program.

It's 5 years for an un-recorded DVD-R. You should expect 30+ years from a properly handled/stored DVD-R with data on it.

People have been asking for this movie for years. Unless there's a rights issue I have a feeling this may show up in time for the Halloween season. We finally got Killer Party and Night School last year so chances are good.

I should be receiving it tomorrow. I had a pretty decent TV rip of it already, but I love the film.

I also bought Lovelines recently, and got it a couple of days ago. Nice 16x9 transfer from Sony.
