WTF is up with Sony. They release Blu Ray discs and then completely ignore releasing any of their titles, instead selling off their catalog to anyone that is interested, ie. Image, Mill Creek, Twilight Time, ect.

Mill Creek isn;t the best compnay either.

Their Money for Nothing disc was released in the wrong OAR.

Their Ernest discs were just confusing, with the single disc releases having superior picture but the double disc having lossless audio!?

A lot of their other discs have just been very mediocre to bad, and usually missing extras.

They did a decent job with the Gamera films and a few others but overall I'd say their releases have been more negative then positive.

And they're also rescuing a few other 80s movies from obscurity...

If it's any conciliation, Legend Of Billie Jean will be released on Blu-ray AND the commentary from the MOD disc will be included.

It sounds like Mill Creek is getting worse in their quality control. Their Flatliners Blu-ray reissue also only has a Dolby Digital 2.0 lossy track. The older Sony Blu-ray issue had an uncompressed 5.1 track.

Remember, Echo Bridge has always meant cheap shitty shit. Mill Creek used to just mean cheap. I know they are easy to mix up as I sometimes do myself, but one is clearly better than the other, or at least WAS clearly better.

I received The Legend Of Billie Jean today. For $5, can't complain. Beats the hell out of the $20 DVD-R.

I saw this in the Wal-Mart dump bin a few days ago. I've never seen it. Any good?
