EATERS (2011) - New Zombie Flick?

Has anybody seen this yet? The preorder went up yesterday, but I don't know anyone who's actually watched it to give an opinion. EATERS is a new Italian zombie movie from Luca Boni and Marco Ristori dealing with a post-plague group of survivors coping with their new world. Plotwise, it sounds pretty generic, but the trailer at least looks gory. I think it's getting a lot of bad attention due to being "Presented by" Uwe Boll, but I don't think he had any creative input on it.

I watched 20 minutes of it and then gave up. It´s just another crappy shot on HD video Zombie film, with horrible CGI/After Effects shots and terrible acting/direction.

I´ve said it before, this damn Zombie trend really need to die already, as there´s barely been anything worth watching since the "Dawn of the Dead" remake. And those glorious days of Fulci and Romero will never ever come back.

If Fulci was still alive he would have beat the crap out of the makers of this shitfest

Since those HD cams became so cheap, I just can´t believe all the retarded and untalented crap that is being released on DVD/BD.

So, don´t waste your time with this, unless your REALLY desperate for a new Zombie film
