Two Lenzi R2 DVDs coming this fall/ early 2012 !

Both "The Cynic, The Rat and the Fist/Il Cinico, L'Infame, Il Violento" and "Brothers Till We Die/ La Banda Del Gobbo" will be released this fall (or a bit later) by German company FilmART.

Well, a bit later
First edition with "schuber" (= slipcover) is a ltd. edition of 1000.
Not sure the entire Italian track has English subs. Still, it's great. looks like something Camera Obscure puts out. Hopefully the A/V is equally as good.

Der Film selbst liegt in einer fantastischen Qualität vor, da gibt's nichts zu bemängeln!! Top!!

Die beiden Extras mit Saxon und Micalizzi sind auch über alles erhaben und liefern abrundende Background-Infos zum Film ab... aber den absoluten Vogel schiesst das Altherren-Film-Afficionado-Gespann Kessler&Felsch ab! Deren Kommentar wie eine reinigende Wonne für die genreverschmalzten Ohren des einschlägigen Filmfans ist! Weiter so, Jungs!


Wer diese VÖ nicht kauft, dem ist nicht zu helfen und derjenige muss eigentlich gar nichts mehr kaufen.

I just had an update on the specs:

yes, we can announce the following specs now, there will be the original english trailer, the second part of our interview with Franco Micalizzi, a few words from Umberto Lenzi about the movie, a booklet written by Marcus Stiglegger & Ivo Ritzer (also in english). And of course again: German, English, Italian audio plus German and English subtitles. Release is set for February.
