I don't really have a choice as they ain't on Amazon Canada and only one resellers sell them (at least he contact me yesterday, so I just have to wait for the first one as he have the sequel for me). The shipping from Amazon US would made the cost too high for a DVD-R release.

Amazon just sent me a shipping notification for both dvd's. Both dvd's are currently back in stock.

You can get these directly from Panama Films' website for $16.99 ea. (package deal for both Gator Bait films) and they are signed by Bev and Ferd. If you're into that kind of thing.

Ferd Sebastian saw my post on another forum and sent me a thankful email, and offered to ship me some signed goodies. Awfully nice of him, I gotta say. I asked him about future releases of stuff like THE SINGLE GIRLS and ROCKTOBER BLOOD, but haven't gotten a response yet.

Just watched GATOR BAIT for the first time. Its a fun slice of sleaze and well worth an $8 upgrade. The screenshots in this thread don't do it justice. While in motion it's not stunning but its significantly better than the VHS I have. If you are looking for it you can occasionally find some compression artifacts, but the detail and color are good.

Boy, I disagree. It's plenty violent even by exploitation standards. In both films the "violence towards women" scenes that setup the revenge are prolonged and uncomfortable. Its not quite I SPIT ON YOUR GRAVE, but it revels in it more than many revenge flicks. Some of the gun shot wounds are significantly gory as well and GATOR BAIT II has a bloody but unconvincing throat slashing.

I really enjoyed both films and for $8 these releases are well worth upgrading from VHS.

Can anyone confirm if RUNNING COOL has some good T&A? The athletic yet busty Jan Sebastian spent much of GATOR BAIT 2 in various stages of undress.
