The transfer was quite decent I think. Good detail, very very minimal dust specks. There's also a few more interviews than stated on the package! There's one with Micheal Berryman and one with the guy who designed the incubus creature. Also I'd recommend watching thru the few seconds of credits after the Berryman interview for a good chuckle.

Is anyone else a tad surprised that the reversible covert art seems a little, um, edited? Wasn't the original a lot more exploitative featuring much more cleavage? I may be wrong but I find this weird from a company that featured alternative art for Humanoids From The Deep that is among the most salacious in my collection.

I actually still like this film quite a lot.
Watched it last night and the transfer is quite good, though not stunning. I really enjoyed the Michael Berryman and Susan Buckner interviews, I was surprised she looked back on the film so fondly. I also never realized she was in the film version of Grease. Looking forward to watching with the commentary one day. |

The Nest is fucking awesome. A great double feature with TICKS. Didn't know a commentary was included but cool.
I have the old Corman disc but will grab this one because I love it. |

has anyone been able to find a copy of the BD in store? i've been to every walmart and HMV in my area (both stores have been great at stocking all of the scream factory releases), and they all have copies of the DVD, but no one has the BD...frustrating.

I like the genre, but agree with him there - The Nest sucks.
