Over here in Sweden it has been delayed until early May

Oh well, guess I can survive another month...

I hope they make two versions of the movie, so that the NC-17 version is released outside of the US. Doubt that will happen, but we can always dream

Can't wait until April 5th. Will be seeing it Friday, and probably more than once, and then purchasing it on Blu-Ray when it comes out. So excited.

What's with that stupid poster for the remake of The Evil Dead - it looks some strung-out chick stumbling around Coachella.

This looks like it has much more soul and thought put into it then the Nightmare remake. That sucked so much ass... I am really looking forward to it. The fact that the original players are so closely tied to this film speaks volumes...

While most films are owned by movie studios, Raimi, Campbell, and Tapert still own Evil Dead so they maintain a lot of control. This is another reason why you should be very confident in the remake.

If you go to time of 2:42, I'm the first one, and I had VIP tickets for the entire convention, and I spent at least about $3,000.00 to go to the convention, and purchased some shirts and other items, including a Gold Cylon figure and Commander Adama from the original Battlestar Galactica. Bruce Campbell was hilarious, and the entire Q & A lasted almost an hour.

Oh believe me, I watched all 5 parts last night ! And cracked up throughout. What a great guy. His bit about doing a "cameo" in the remake was awesome. "What, you want me to be the old man in the gas station? 'Don't go to the cabin in the woods (COUGHS)!'"
