I wouldn't want a review copy with a hole punched through the UPC/barcode - those Shout covers have reversible art. You're going to be stuck with a Blu-ray cover with 2 ugly holes messing up the awesome artwork.

We can't really base the punk/metal qualities of a film based purely upon what people wear. Jon Gries is a metalhead in Terrorvision, but his character isn't written to be anything other than a buffoon and a jerk. He's meant to be ridiculed. And he dies. If it was a "metal" movie he'd be the hero of the story, like Thor in Rock 'N Roll Nightmare.
The Video Dead is SUPER PUNK ROCK!
It even stars Jennifer Miro from the punk rock band THE NUNS.
Bro you have no clue what punk is.
I feel sorry for you.

By that logic then every film that stars Henry Rollins is "punk rock" by default. You feel sorry for me? I feel sorry that you're incapable of seeing things beyond a purely superficial level.

Isn't this a conversation that we had like...two weeks ago or something?

We get it, ya don't like the movie, more power to you - you don't agree that it's punk rock, fantastic, I personally never saw it that way either but to each their own.

All done now?

I was totally done with this, but weeks later dentists chimes in with a rather personal insult. How could I not respond to that?

(Also, seeing as how I haven't posted in this thread since dentists last comment of "ugh" and it's taken him a couple of weeks to come back with this retort, I'm kind of led to believe that despite his claim to know more about punk than I do that he never even knew that Jennifer Miro was in The Nuns until today).

Yeah it was DVD Drive In's promo copy.

I don't think the other sites are too concerned with reviewing the DVD in the combo pack which I think is unfortunate. I'd like to know myself but I have a feeling this was only an issue with that reviewer's copy.

Can't wait to get this one!

I sent a PM to Cliff about that back in january and got this reply :

"We can't replicate the problem he had. We've played it on several players."
