If the number is sealed inside the case, that's probably why people are receiving random numbers. It sounds like they're starting at the end.

The DVD does not arrived sealed. It's apparently hand assembled and the photo is just stuck in the case.

I sent them an email asking politely for more secure packaging since so many folks have complained with valid issues. I mean cmon, if you're charging $28 for this thing shipped please do it right!

Hmm, they're charging extra for shipping now? When I pre-ordered it back on April 3rd, the shipping was included at $25.

I forgot to add that mine came the same way. The manilla envelope wasn't sealed and the case was cracked. The DVD is fine, though. Also, the pic is slid into the insert portion of the case where the prong could potentially damage Linnea's autograph.

My DVD disc was fine and intact too, amazingly, considering the damage to the case and artwork.

BTW, can anyone do a large hi-res scan of the artwork? I want to add it into the Invelos DVD Profiler database, but my cover is torn/ripped, so they wouldn't turn out too hot.

I did get an email reply back earlier. They said they would check if they still have any extra copies or covers, and if so they'll send out a replacement for my damaged one.

So hopefully...

Got mine today - same manila envelope, but sticky sealed and the DVD had some bubble wrap around it. No issues whatsoever - disc was secure/not loose, artwork perfect and case in pristine condition. Looks like they listened to the complaints. #923/1000.

Now hopefully they'll send out the promised replacements for those of us that got shafted.

Seems like the right thing to do. God knows they're charging enough where it shouldn't hurt them financially.

Should I have put one of these at the end of my "no issues whatsoever"
