It is available for pre-order at Diabolik DVD and I did my order sooner today with the next two Nikkatsu titles.

I never saw Hands of the Ripper, but am really looking forward to this. Synapse does such a great job with the Hammer releases.

I thought about upgrading Street Trash and selling off my 2-disc Meltdown Edition. But I noticed the used prices of the Meltdown Edition started dropping, so I figured it wasn't worth it.

Maybe later, if I can find the blu-ray for cheap enough.

When those Nikkatsu films are released in double features or cheaper box sets, I'm going to be all over them.

If that ever happens. Impulse hasn't done that with any titles/collections yet. (i.e. Schoolgirl Report series).

From Synapse's Facebook:

"TENEBRE and PHENOMENA will be released some time next year."

Also from their Facebook:

"Looks like we've located what seems to be original vault materials for trailers for TENEBRE, PHENOMENA, DEMONS and DEMONS 2. Let's see if we can get access to these and transfer them off! Fingers crossed!"

Synapse just posted this on their FB:

Quote:
Since a bunch of indie DVD/Blu companies have been doing some great announcements, I feel like we should, too. We have two really cool Blus/DVDs in the works for 2014. Hmmm... should I wait to announce, or should I put something up?
then hinted

They are both 80s slashers. There... maybe a little more info later.
Maybe Sleepaway Camp 2?
