Just got done watching the audio commentary on Ticks. It's an entertaining track with a few moments of silence, but the moderator keeps Randel and Howard talking for most of the time. The main thing they talk about are extensive reshoots that happened when it was realized that the movie needed to be pumped up with gore and tick action. Randel says "this was added later" so many times that it makes you wonder just how boring the original version was.

I picked up four Olive Blu-rays from ImportCDs.com during their sale and three outta the four had slip covers. Ticks didn't. Did Ticks come with a slip cover?

I forgot They Live had a slip cover with a BUY sticker on it, I gotta find somewhere I can still get that now too. I'm not big on slips but for a few select unique items it's fun to have.

Mine didn't. The only Olive blu-ray I own that came with a slipcover is The Boogens.

If I recall, that slipcover was sealed with the blu-ray, so I'm assuming Olive would do that with all their slips.
