It's too bad The Haunted didn't make the list as it's one of the creepier based on a true story haunted house flicks. The only other one I've seen on the list is Body Bags which I love, so I voted for that.

Yeah, I voted for Birds 2, what of it!?

Psycho IV (Mick Garris forever earned my respect with this one, both a sequel and an origin story all in one, Hussey owns it, one of the best MFT ever)

When A Stranger Calls Back (just like the first one...awesome start, slow middle, strong finish)
Omen IV (not Halloween 5 good, but similarly crazy)
Birds II (lighthouse attack scared me as a kid, probably doesn't hold up but I'll give it some love)
