I went crazy and ordered Body Double, Tower of Evil, Leave Her to Heaven, and the soundtracks to Passion and Do You Like Hitchcock?

I wanted to throw a few more things in just to justify the S&H so I went and checked out their Clearance Sale section and was pleasantly surprised...

KING OF THE ANTS (CD) $1.00
EMPIRE OF THE ANTS (1000 EDITION) (CD) $4.95
CHILD'S PLAY (CD) $1.00
DRACULA VS. FRANKENSTEIN (1000 EDITION) (CD) $4.95
EL AULLIDO DEL DIABLO (HOWLING OF THE DEVIL) (500 EDITION) (CD) $3.95
ROCK AND ROLL NIGHTMARE (CD) $1.00

Rock and Roll Nightmare soundtrack only one buck!?!?!

Didn't plan on it for 40 bucks, but did anyway...... guess it's better than regret later

I'm beginning to balk at paying $35 for barebones Blu-rays and I'm one of those people who thought nothing of it when certain titles came up. For instance, I didn't hesitate for one second when THE DRIVER pre-order came up, same thing with CHRISTINE and a few others. But with so much good stuff coming out, I'm going to have to prioritize a little and simply skip some titles. Body Double would've been a blind buy but I'm going to wait until their stock starts to dwindle.

So what are the chances that BODY DOUBLE will get a cheaper release in the next few years? If I pay $30 are they going to throw a bare-bones edition in Best Buy for $10 next year?

Probably a good idea, I like Body Double but it's kind of a love it or hate it proposition. I would try to see it before investing that type of coin into a Blu-Ray.

Arrow Films recently released Blow Out and Dressed To Kill comes out next week. Any chance they might release Body Double in Region B in the near future?

Thanks for that bit of info; I've been wondering about that.

BLOW OUT and DRESSED TO KILL are MGM licenses, BODY DOUBLE is controlled by Sony. Has Arrow dealt with them before?
