I'll be very curious to see what Grindhouse does with it. The import is indeed a very good package and it'll be tough to beat!

I already have the earlier Koch DVD, which is fine.. I don't think I "need" this. But I sure know I WANT it
I'll pass for now.

Bubtitles....Bub wrote them? That'd be fun
Seems like great package. Though it's a bit much for me not being BD ready.

Amazon took down the product description, but that is actually what they had listed yesterday.

Pity, I was so looking forward to this set. But with the director's cut only on the second BR disc and not on the DVD and me not being BR compatible, I'll have to pass...
I'll buy me this one in stead, which hopefully includes the director's cut with the added minutes ....:

probably not though... Might just be the DVD portion of the ltd. ed.

I really dislike a company creating an overstuffed special edition without also releasing a one disk edition with no special features. As much as I love this film I do not want all the extras. I just want a copy of the director's cut.

There is a price associated with creating Special Features. It would make no sense for them to make a cheap bare-bones release available.

This may, in fact, be limited to 3,000 copies, but as far as I can tell, this is not individually numbered as was originally advertised. It also seems that part of the description has been removed from Amazon's description as well.
