Did anyone ever order from importcds.com?
I preordered my Halloween 2 and 3 blu rays from importcds.com on 8/23 but after reading some bad reviews from buyers I asked to cancel. They said the order can't be canceled because it's ready to ship. But that was 2 weeks ago and my order is still open and not shipped but yet they can't cancel it. Anyone who ordered from them please share your experience on your shopping experience from this company as I'm stuck buying from them. Thanks in advance.

Thank you for the feedbacks. I just thought it was strange how they can't cancel my preorder 3 weeks before the release date.

Do they even allow cancellation of pre-orders? I know Diabolik doesn't. I guess it's POSSIBLE that your shit is packaged and ready to ship, and they are just waiting for the street date, but that's a pretty lame excuse.

I've ordered from importcds.com numerous times, and have had no problems.
They are from the same core company that owns DVD Planet and Deep Discount.
