Blade and Blade: Trinity at BB (broken street date, Dark Knight movie cash)

Everything online says Blade and Blade 3 Blu ray will come out 7/19, but they had both at Best buy today. Even better, both are price-taged $14.99 but are on sale for $9.99. Better yet, they both have $5 movie cash for Dark Knight Rises!

I hate part 3, but love the first 2 and have been waiting patiently for these, always skipping the bare-bones and cropped Canadian discs. Ironic that Blade 2 is supposed to come out 7/10, but isn't there. Oh well, next week.

BTW, these were on the rack that had the exclusive steelbooks, not one copy on the normal BD racks. Maybe they (BB) had a deal where their street is early again, maybe not. Don't tell WB or New Line, but I would've paid $14.99 without a coupon for the first film. Trinity will have to get below $5 for me to buy that piece of shit though. Trinity is the Unrated version only, the front even says "not include theatrical cut" or something with bad English.

Can't speak for Trinity, but the first film looks great, maybe a bit too good. Not sure if it's heavy dnr or not. Nothing looks waxy (although some faces look almost too smooth, Dorff wasn't that young when this was made, heavy make-up maybe?) and the black levels are perfect. Smokes the dvd big-time, too bad a couple lesser features got left behind.

Stephen Dorff was 23 when this was filmed.

I picked up Blade and The Matrix today at best buy - both on sale for 9.99 and both came with the 5.00 cash for Dark Knight Rises - I cant stand Blade Trinity so I passed on that one - cant wait for Blade II on blu though. I plan on taking my son to see Dark Knight Rises anyways so it was basically like getting each movie for 5.00

Blade II was at my BB today, on a WB sale rack with a bunch of old and new releases for $9.99 each. No movie cash for Dark Knight or anything, but it has a new Del Toro commentary and all the dvd features.

Not much horror, but other ones I recall:
Altered States
Butterfly Effect
Coma
Dog Day Afternoon
Gremlins 2
Mean Streets
Next of Kin
Spawn
Striptease
