No info yet. I guess we'll have to wait for reviews.

I bought it at dtm.at, it doesn't say what region it is.
Anyway, here are two screengrabs. http://s19.postimage.org/qhzv64esh/pic1.png http://s19.postimage.org/fq6w4ropt/pic2.png Last edited by horrorscreamer; 08-24-2012 at 01:53 PM. |

^ Wow, those caps are gorgeous! Love the grain!
I own the Sony DVD, and while I do enjoy the film and would love to own the blu-ray, I don't think I watch it enough to justify upgrading. |

![]() But of course I'd keep the old AB DVD for The Devonsville Terror.

![]() ![]() The HD transfer (1080p) looks very nice indeed — details are sharp and the colors are rich. The rear cover proclaims it's sourced from the original negative, and I really can't doubt that. It's easily superior to the old Anchor Bay & Sony DVD releases. The English audio track (Dolby Digital) has a bitrate of 384kbps. It's not lossless, but is very clear. The audio commentary is in German only. But, the 18-minute interview with Uli Lommel is in English. Included are the US trailer, US TV Spots, German Trailer, and also two trailers for Intruder (in English) and Alien 2 (in German). The Stills Gallery (scanned in at full 1080) runs 91 seconds, and includes various Theatrical Posters, Lobby cards, On-set stills, and Alternate release artworks. And then of course there's the Soundtrack CD. 12 tracks, and a bonus Raido spot that runs 90 seconds.

Truly is an amazing transfer
![]() After watching the same VHS transfer reused all these years, I almost fell out of my sofa when I gave the BD a spin. I did NOT expect it too look THIS good.
