Sorry to hear about you bad experience -- Fred's always been aces with me!

I have some 35mm photo camera negatives for this one; I'll have to see if they're assembling a promo gallery.

I actually had the inverse experience watching it -- I first screened the Video Gems tape in my teens and thought it was stupid, campy, boring, etc. Just watched it again a few months back after 20 years and had a blast with it!

DVD Empire lists some extras. Not sure if this is all but they say, "the DVD also features original trailers, video interview, and Retromedia Drive-In wrap-around."

I'd love to see some photos in a stills gallery. It comes out in two months, is it possible to try and get some more features on it this late in the game, though?

Upon reflection, I must say that Octaman was a huge influence in my becoming enamored of the genre as a child. Upon spotting the title in the TV Guide, I hunkered down in front of our crappy tv with its crappy antenna signal fully expecting a superhero film in the vein of Batman or Spiderman, my parents thought the same.
When they checked in on me, it was already too late, I had already experienced Octaman's rubber suited terrifying goodness and light amateurish gore effects. It instilled a love for creature features that lead me to Slithis, C.H.U.D and The Creature from the Black Lagoon.
Life was never to be the same.
Thank you, Octaman.
