The Hills have Eyes UNCUT

I'm sorry if those of you thought that I know something about an uncut version. But I was curious if there is an uncut version or the R-rated is the only version. Just out of curiosity because if there is an uncut version I hope Anchor Bay releases it.

Does this flick really deserve 10 threads in one week?

Yeah, I'd say so. At least it's better than the obligatory weekly "Why isn't From Beyond/Night of the Creeps/TCM 3 etc. on DVD?"-thread.

The Hills Have Eyes

The last print I saw of this film was shown in IFC (Independent Film Channel) a few years ago as part of their Halloween Horrors film series one October. At the beginning of the film, they stated that the film was "unrated" and I wonder if this was an uncut print? At anyrate, I'll look forward to having it on DVD.

I'm sure that if AB can secure the uncut print of the film, thats exactly what they'll use. I have total faith in AB to put together a beautiful (hopefully 2-disc) edition of this film. They did such a great job on Near Dark that I can't wait to see what they do for this classic.
