Most Disturbing Rape Scene

Ok, what movie have you seen that contained a rape scene that just disturbed you the most. I'm sure alot of people are gonna go with ISoYG, but I gotta go with a non horror film. Deliverance. I dunno if it's the man/man thing about it that makes me cringe, but that particular scene in that movie has been etched in my mind as one of the most shocking scenes I've seen on celluloid.

CONTRABAND's strangely bothered me more than I SPIT ON YOUR GRAVE or LAST HOUSE. I still haven't finished IRREVERSIBLE yet though, so who knows.

i avoid movies with rape. it's the one thing i can't handle at all. even Re-Animator disturbed me so much I had to fast forward it at one scene. You know ... when the servered head guy starts licking that chicks nipples and she's screaming as she's being strapped down. thats how much i hate it.

I can't really name the single most disturbing rape but the first one I thought of was the one in American History X in the prison shower. I totally didn't expect it to happen and it was pretty sickening in probably the same way you found the one in deliverance sickening.

Another pretty aweful one is the one in the Untold Story.

A rape that is just as comical as it is disturbing is the one in Ebola Syndrome with the native.

I Spit On Your Grave. the first time i saw it, it felt like the whole movie was one long rape scene.

I'm going with Irreversible, I actually have bad flashbacks from that one. Like if I hear about it happening on the news, bam I immediately have that scene pop into my head, which is not good. The actual rape was horrible, but

I usually avoid rape scenes, I'll watch a movie with it, but I usually skip past the scene.

The one in "the isle" (seom) a korean flick. pretty nasty. let's just say after I've seen that I haven't looked at porn since, been about 1 week.

An English made for TV film called `Scum` about borstal life...that had easily the most harrowing rape scene ive ever seen! yukky

I haven't seen the ones mentioned as I avoid them. But I don't consider Re-Animator a rape scene, you mean when she's tied down with Hill's head?

What about Casualties of War with Michael J Fox.

I guess Pulp Fiction bugged me my first viewing. When they bring out "The Gimp" etc, etc. But now it's funny.
