L' Ossessione che uccide (1980)
I'm not sure if this film has been discussed before. I think the US title is/was The Wailing?
I've read some reviews and thought it sounded kinda interesting (it has Laura Gemser in it ).Released on video by Wizard back then. Anybody seen this?

Yep. Wizard Video released it under the title "Fear." Pretty nifty supernatural giallo. And talk about box art!

Yup, I could bite my ass for never watching this. I'll try to track down the tape if possible.
Can't believe nobody else besides you knows or seen this film though. From the sound of it this one seems to be very good, IMO.

I finally watched this and thought it was pretty good. A bit bizarre as well. Interesting soundtrack includes classic and electronic music, some neat but brief gore and a rather jaw-dropping nightmare sequence. Fans of Laura Gemser should definitely check this one out. The DVD (VideoAsia) seems to be a port from the old Wizard tape but the transfer is quite solid. My only gripe: it's fullscreen (of course) with tons of picture missing on both sides. A remastered widescreen release would be more then welcomed!
