What movie is this...

I hate to make a thread with such a general topic but I remember a movie I seen a long time ago, it had to of been at least 10 years ago. The only scene I remember is this dude whos standing in a ditch or something and it's dark. He is vomitting up his tongue and intestines and this girl is looking at him screaming.

I have no clue what this is but it freaked me out back then. If anyone has a clue please let me know.

I think I've seen this movie on cable. It's called Curse II: The Bite. It has a scene where a guy pukes all of his insides out before turning into a snake.

Thanks. I'm pretty sure this is the movie. I looked it up and the old VHS cover looks familiar so I'm pretty sure I rented it a long time ago. I don't remember him turning into a snake but I'm pretty sure he did now.

Now for a REALLY wacky one. My cousin said he seen this movie when he was about 7 years old. He said a woman is getting fucked by this black guy then blood starts pouring out of her vagina, then her intestines either burst out of her vagina or they burst out of her stomach he can't remember for sure. He was born in Japan and lived there until he was 7 so he thinks he might be a Japanese movie. Sounds really sick, I drilled the hell out of him trying to get more info but that was all he remembered.
