Volcano High (KOREA 2001) To be released by MTV

I hear this South Korean flick with a lot of flash and little substance is being released by MTV with a hiphop soundtrack. This is going to be interesting.

That sucks. This films is so cool. It does have great emphasis on style but is a fun ride from beginning to end. The actors are really cool and seemed to have a lot of fun being in the film. Not a horror film by any means, but there is a lot of cool martial arts involved and this is one of a few non horror films that I look forward to viewing over and over agian in the near future (non hip hop version).

I ordered the original release of this film recently. Should be here soon. I too heard about this new release and had to get the original b4 MTV fucks it up. (hip hop... blahh)

Considering it was cut for the hk "international" release I'd bet it's probably that version. Anyway...see the original korean version. It's a fun movie.
