Quick List Slasher Game

OK, here's a quick little idea I just came up with. I'm gonna post five slasher movies. Then you post five that haven't been mentioned. Then someone else. You can post more than once, but not consecutively. Once another person drops five, you can post your next batch.

FIVE ONLY please. It'll get interesting toward the end. Just to get the obvious ones out of the way, here are my five:

1. Halloween (and sequels, minus Part 3 of course cuz it's not a slahser movie!)

2. Friday the 13th (all of 'em!)

3. Child's Play and its pathetic sequels. (OK, Part 2 was watchable.)

4. A Nightmare on Elm Street (the classic original and the parade of lesser follow-ups)

5. Scream (and its two sequels)

OK, go nuts.

1. Maniac - In honor of the DVD release!

2. The Mutilator (aka Fall Break) - Gory fun!

3. Leprechaun - If the Puppet Master movies are slasher films (and I agree that they are), then Warwick Davis's homicidal leprechaun counts too!

4. April Fool's Day -

5. Graduation Day - Damn, I just thought of like 4 more. Someone post soon!

Good picks there! I was gonna mention Mother's Day earlier, but I thought people might say it's not a slasher movie. I agree that it is - and a gruesome one at that!

Here's another five!

1. Pumpkinhead (and sequel)

2. Hospital Massacre (definitely Barbi Benton's finest hour!)

3. Sweet 16

4. Death Valley (Who doesn't dig Peter Billingsley? OK, me.)

5. Curtains (Canadian slashers! What will they think of next?)

Who's got the next five?
