R.s.v.p.

Just wanted to speak my mind about this extemely boring movie starring Jay Mewes and the late, but always awesome, Glenn Quinn (RIP). Even though I liked the dialogue/interaction between the charaters, the pacing of this movie was spuratic at best. The death scenes were nothing special save for the cleverness of some. The only saving grace in this movie was Glenn Quinn, whos character is a demented teacher obsessed with murderers. Jay Mewes was... well... Jay. Entertaining, yes, but sometimes I wish he would change up his act, don't get me wrong I love Jay and Silent Bob movies but it was not nessecary in this film. It wasn't horrible but it wasn't good either. Only good for a lazy Sunday or a late night view.

I just rented this and am probably going to end up buying it. It wasn't perfect by ANY means and needed more gore, but it had sort of a fun vibe I really enjoyed.

Still, I wouldn't even think of getting it if it wasn't some of the priceless scenes with Glenn Quinn, Rest in Peace my friend. He seemed to be acting in a better, much more interesting movie. In fact, if you watch the deleted scenes, that may actually be the case. At any rate, I loved his scenes, they were just so deliciously sinister. The whisky drinking at the bar and the discussion on the art of killing? I loved that alone enough to justify getting this dvd.

Dunno, R.S.V.P. sounds kinda interesting. I might check it out.
Had no idea Glenn Quinn was dead tho.
