Exclamation Phantasm films on DVD!

Although it's a little vague, here is something from the other forum that I thought you all might be interested in:

From Fangoria Forums, posted by John Klyza, who was featured on the Sleepaway Camp 2 & 3 commentaries and the owner of www.phantasmsend.com

Phantasm 3 will be coming to region 1 DVD - DEFINITELY in 04 or 05 and most probably jam packed with extras. No word on part 2 as it is controlled by Universal who have a large back catalogue of films to get through.

Also, Anchor Bay UK are puting together a region 2 box set which looks to be somewhat improved over the current maligned UK box set.

I can't wait!

Sweet! PHANTASM III is my personal favorite of the series, though all four films are fantastic in my opinion.

I really disliked OBLIVION, but parts 1-3 are all good in my book. I will definitally be picking up part 3, and 2 if its's ever released...

I just want Phantasm 2 on DVD. An uncut version would be terrific if the footage is still around. Phantasm 3 was so-so. Isn't there an uncut workprint of this floating around?

I have a shitty VHS copy of the P-II workprint (no sound FX or score), but I've never watched it all the way through to notice any of the differences.
