Problem with my Popcorn dvd

Ok, let me start off by saying that this has one of the worse transfers I have ever seen.It is comparable to Fright Night 2.But I knew what I was getting into thanks to the review posted on this site. Bad transfer aside, another problem plagues this dvd. The entire picture pans up and down for the entire movie, making it unwatchable.I have only experienced this phenomena once before. My Three Amigos dvd pans slightly from side to side(just not as noticeable as Popcorn.) Has anyone else experienced this? Does anyone else have the Popcorn dvd? Is my dvd just a dud, or is the whole batch like this? I would buy another one if that would solve the problem, but I don't want to get stuck with 2 crappy copies.Help!

I think it's just your DVD. I know some people had problems because the Popcorn DVD boots up 16X9 instead of letterboxed mode or something.

But my DVD looks fine and the transfer is decent

buddy, you haven't seen bad transfers until you've bought a $3 or $4 dvd.

Actually I've seen 3 and 4 dollar DVD's with better transfers than some 20-30 dollar DVD's.

And I've never bought the Popcorn DVD because I heard the transfer was horrid...sucks that I love the movie so much and it can't get a decent DVD.

My dvd is fine, although when I first tried to play it I had it set wrong and it looked like hell. I have never seen a movie look like such hell as I did when I first turned that dvd on. Once I set it specifically for the transfer at 16X9, it looked good.

The first time I watched it, it was in fullscreen, and it was terrible. But after reading the review here, I realized it was supposed to be widescreen and I fixed the problem.I admit, it looks a lot better, but this jumping thing drives me crazy and I just can't watch it anyway. I guess I just need a new one.

I haven't watched it lately, but my POPCORN DVD appeared to be just fine (transfer and playback) on my Toshiba 3109 both times I've watched it.
